Masibus signal isolator is a rugged 4 wire isolator available in compact DIN rail mounting endosure designed to accept custom built and wide range of voltage and current input signals. Signal is isolated and converted to standard instrumentation signals compatible to commercially off the shelf (COTS) automation products.
9000U is available in two models, Single/Dual output and Three/Four output. Masibus' Signal Isolator Model 9000U provides galvanic isolation between field signals and receiving instrument this in turn rejects any common mode voltage at field side and prevents ground loop problems. The isolator also protects expensive systems from high voltage faults on the field side.
With multiple outputs this model also acts as signal distributors. A typical application could be where the signal has to be distributed for indication on local panel, field control room,main control room and DC Ssystem. 9000U is compatible with both 2 wire and 4 wire transmitters and has built-in transmitter power supply to power 2 Wire field transmitters.

Model 9000C offers a wide range of input/output signal types which includes mA, mV, VDC which are factory settable as per user requirements. It has built-in transmitter power supply(TPS) to drive field transmitters delivering 0/4-20mA DC outputs signal. An exceptional feature of Advanced Extended Universal Power Supply for the range of 20V to 265VDC or AC makes 9000C suitable for most of Power Supply range available in field thus providing easy installation.

Masibus Linearized RTDITC Field Interface Board have 8nos of independent Thermocouple or Pt-100RTD(3W) input channels. All 8 channels have factory set either Current or Voltage Output signal. Optionally offered Windows based User friendly mTRAN configuration software allows user to configure each channel for different type of TC/RTD input. Field interface Board has channel wise open sensor indication that allow s user to identify channel wise faults.
The interface boards are built using the latest technology to deliver high performance in Accuracy, Resolution, Stability and Isolation.
